Do Something for Others


When you are feeling down and like there is nobody to talk to, the best thing to do sometimes is to stop spinning all the thoughts in your head and do something for somebody else.

  • Maybe you can bake some brownies for the next door neighbors.
  • Maybe you can volunteer at the local humane society (yes, dogs and cats count too)!
  • Maybe you can buy a gift for somebody you know.
  • Perhaps send a card in the mail saying something nice.
