Meet Cary
I have navigated many different challenges in my life, from conquering phobias to paying off suffocating debt, from transforming my social awkwardness into becoming a speaker, from wondering why I was being misunderstood to having clarity.
While school always came easy for me, I found myself reading books on how to make small talk, avoiding social situations and not hearing myself or others clearly at all.
It didn’t take long for me to realize that while I was feeling desperate to be heard, I needed to start by listening to others and listening to myself. We all tell ourselves stories about ourselves, about others and about the world that greatly interfere with every single interaction we have. Communication can be so difficult, but yet it is also so simple.
